Yay, it's a big, sloppy, pork-laden smiley face! Using leftovers from this
glorious dinner adventure, I made a quick omelet this morning with 2 eggs (which I whisked with a dash of ground cloves), stuffed with as much pulled pork as the pan could stand, and I drizzled it all with leftover paleo BBQ sauce. Nothing fancy, nothing better.
